About Us
Although the exact date of the first GLBT celebration in Fort Wayne is not known, today’s Fort Wayne Pride organization has existed since 1998. Our festival main focus is giving the GLBT community a place to celebrate and be who you are once a year. Although the social climate is changing and more often GLBT people are gaining acceptance, we have a long way to go. Fort Wayne Pride strives to put together a memorable event for those in attendance including entertainment, vendors, a beer tent, food, children’s playground and of course a diverse group of people. If you have any information that you would like added please contact us!
